For bugs, please include the steps to reproduce so I can recreate it on my end. If you can include a screen recording (Settings → Control Center → Screen Recording on iOS), even better.
Follow the Money is free, so there’s nothing to refund. If you have a complaint about something Apple charged you for, that goes through the Apple App Store refund process.
